Razor Rewards is available to US residents who are at least 18 years old at the time of enrollment. All communications will be in English and the currency value will be in USD.
You earn points on qualified purchases, minus discounts, returns, refunds, taxes, and fees. You can also earn points by completing tasks described on the Dollar Shave Club rewards page.
There is no limit to how many points you can earn - just make sure you’re logged in to your account at checkout.
Yes. We accept points for every dollar spent at our authorized retail brick and mortar stores, made in the last 30 days (per the date on the receipt).
You can upload your receipt and our team will get back to you in 72 hours (Monday-Friday) via email. You'll receive an automated email when your receipt is approved. Please check that the store details, date and timestamp and line items on receipt are legible. We reserve the right to deny any receipt if not clear in photo and will ask you to reupload.

Yes. Points expire on a rolling 12 month basis from the date the points are earned.
You can redeem points for a discount on your order at checkout or to apply to your subscription in your account. Note, you can only redeem once you have 300 or more points.
There are several reasons you might not have earned points on a specific purchase. The most common reasons are:
You checked out using a different account. Make sure you log in to your correct account before checking out so we can apply points to your account. Unfortunately, you cannot earn points for a transaction after the time of purchase.
You returned your purchase. Please note that you will only receive points for items you purchase and do not return or seek a refund for.
You shipped your items to locations outside of the United States. You will not earn points for shipments made to destinations outside the United States.
No. Points cannot be transferred to other accounts. Your Razor Rewards membership can only be associated with one account. Points earned on multiple accounts will not be combined.
You are placed into a loyalty status (i.e. loyalty tier) based on your combined year-to-date spend on our website and our authorized resellers.
Your eligibility for higher levels is based on your net spend. Make eligible purchases to increase your loyalty status and gain access to additional perks!

Your loyalty tier level and benefits are based on how many points you have earned in a rolling twelve-month period. You will start as Bronze status and move up from there as you accumulate more points.
Once you enter a new tier, you will have one year from that date to earn enough points to retain your status. If you do not, you will move to the tier that you are eligible for.
